SODIUM SILICATE

Description

A transparent material with light blue-green colored, indefinite shape and dimensions, not easily dissolved in water, act easily grinded, turned into white powder when grinded. Dissolved under pressure in water. Its solution is alkali. In proportion with material amount in solution, viscosity increases. In the composition which consists of three SiO2 molecules named as THREE MOLECULES whereas consists of two SiO2 molecules named as TWO MOLECULES.
