Our aim is to measure and evaluate current levels of the individual and functional competencies in accordance with the position and the job descriptions of white-collared personnel, results for achieving targets, job satisfaction levels with objective criteria, and to create data for career development/planning and compensation and benefits management by defining training and development needs.

CAREER PLANNING SYSTEM
Our aim is to interact individuals' targets with organization's future targets, develop employees' current competencies in a planned way and make them acquire new skills required for the responsibilities in their future positions.

It is to meet the staff requirements from our internal resources and benefit from the existing HR at highest level and to motivate them consequently.

SUCCESSION PLANNING SYSTEM
Our aim it to hold the workforce in order to substitute the managerial and key positions existing in the Company organization.

Company's career planning and performance appraisal results are taken into consideration for preparing the succession plans.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION


Our aim is to recruit and select the proper and high potential employees for the job who are going to be in harmony with the organization's manner and values.

Recruitment and selection process is performed with P?A (Personnel Recruitment) System.

For recruitment process, individual applications and the applications received as a result of relations with Universities and advertisements are evaluated.

The candidates for nominations at the shortlist are asked to take general and oral proficiency exams and/or language.

As a result of the interviews, the references are investigated for the applicants.



ORIENTATION


Our aim is to orient the new employed personnel to the organization and the position in the shortest period with an organized orientation process.

The orientation process is composed of 2 stages:

Organizational Orientation: It is the orientation process that explains the mission of our Group, companies, organization structure, managers, rights and obligations of the personnel by HR Department with providing a "Chemicals Group Information Manual" within the first week of employment.

Technical Orientation: It is the orientation process, which is provided in a pre-organized schedule within the first week of employment, to explain job techniques.
